1. Nature of Food Products

Krizpia products are perishable food items.

For reasons of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, returned food products cannot be accepted once they have been delivered, except in the situations described in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements may be considered only if:

• The product was damaged during transportation.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.
• The product is found to have a manufacturing defect after verification.
• The product has expired before delivery.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

• A damaged package,
• A leaking package,
• An incorrect product,
• Missing items,
• A defective product,

please contact us within 24 hours and provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Clear photographs of the package
• Clear photographs of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Our customer support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Refund or Replacement Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Krizpia may, at its discretion:

• Replace the affected product.
• Issue a partial refund.
• Issue a full refund.
• Provide store credit, where applicable.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will generally not be accepted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Customer ordered the wrong product.
• Products opened after delivery.
• Products partially or fully consumed.
• Damage caused due to improper storage after delivery.
• Incorrect handling by the customer.
• Delay caused by the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, packaging, or appearance that do not affect product quality or safety.

6. Food Safety and Quality Commitment

Krizpia products are manufactured under hygienic conditions in accordance with applicable Indian food safety regulations.

We are committed to:

• Maintaining hygienic manufacturing practices.
• Providing clear ingredient and allergen declarations.
• Following applicable food labelling requirements.
• Delivering products in secure packaging to preserve freshness.

Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery and should not consume products if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate delivery address.
• Receiving the order promptly.
• Storing products according to the instructions on the packaging.
• Consuming products before the “Best Before” date.

Krizpia is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after successful delivery.

8. Applicable Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the purchase of Krizpia products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
